Silvia Linares (FAM.ST11): “Joining FPT has been an exciting and fascinating journey of transformation”

For Silvia Linares (FAM.ST11), the partnership between FPT and Intertec has given her the opportunity to work with outstanding experts in the technology field and “Level Up” her professional skills, helping FSOFT reach its World-Class goals.

Silvia is currently the Marketing Manager for the Latin America (LATAM) region, part of the Marketing department at FPT Americas. She manages digital marketing campaigns, creates content, monitors the performance of marketing tools and platforms, and supports internal teams at FAM ST11. In addition, Silvia closely collaborates with the Recruitment team to grow the talent pool in LATAM.

From a marketing perspective, Silvia views the partnership between FPT and Intertec as a significant turning point for both sides, combining Vietnam’s experience with local strengths to enhance service offerings and value for customers. She believes that FPT’s “One Team” spirit is a key factor in the growth of both the company and each individual, as every FSOFTer is an important link, tightly connected to work towards common goals.

Not only connected through work, Silvia has also had many opportunities to participate in team-building activities at the company. One of her most memorable experiences upon joining FPT was helping to organize the Giga Run event, celebrating the corporation’s 35th anniversary in LATAM. She felt the energy and strong sense of unity at the global event and was proud to contribute her steps to this meaningful journey. Additionally, she serves as a communication bridge between LATAM and the Head Office, helping bring diversity to a world-class global company.

The true success behind M&A deals lies not only in the company’s business growth but also in the personal achievements of each member after joining the new organization. For Silvia, the title of “S1/2024 Best Performer” at FAM marked an important milestone in her career, recognizing her contributions and efforts during her transition to becoming a member of FSOFT. This also motivates her and her colleagues to continue striving and innovating to help drive FPT’s and FAM’s growth.

In the coming time, Silvia aims to introduce innovative digital marketing strategies in Latin America to contribute to FPT’s global growth objectives.
