TalentSphere CxO Connect: Career orientation – FSOFT leaders shaping global interns’ careers
As part of the TalentSphere – FPT Global Internship 2025, FPT Software Academy (FSA) launched the CxO Connect Workshop Series – a platform where young global talents can directly engage with FPT Software’s senior executives (CxOs). This initiative acts as a bridge, helping interns gain deeper insights into the market, careers, and how to shape their personal development journey from the very first steps.
Opening the series, Mr. Prajith Nair – Head of FSA, led the first workshop on the theme “Career Orientation.” With many years of international experience in designing talent development and innovation learning strategies, Mr. Prajith delivered a session that went far beyond career choices. He painted a broader picture of the rapid shifts in the technology landscape and the essential skills required to become a global engineer in the AI era.

Mr. Prajith shared: “The life cycle from idea to launch is no longer measured in months – sometimes not even in weeks. Today, customers expect transformation in just 3 to 4 days. If you can’t keep up, you risk being left behind.”
He emphasized how this pressure is reshaping the way software engineers work, forcing them to quickly adapt to new tools, especially AI: “This year, we are transforming 25,000 software engineers into AI-augmented engineers. The future is clear: machines will generate most of the code, and humans will rise to become the reviewers, the strategists, the visionaries.”
For global interns, this was more than just a workshop – it was a rare chance to be guided directly by one of the world’s leading AI experts. It made them realize they are standing at a crossroads: either fear the disappearance of jobs, or step up as pioneers who harness AI to break through. And as Dr. Phong emphasized, it is the choice to learn, adapt, and lead that will ultimately shape each person’s career in the AI era. With this inspiring start, the TalentSphereCxO Connect Series has proven to be a true “knowledge bridge” between senior leaders and the next generation of global talent. At the same time, it highlights FSA’s commitment to creating a holistic learning experience – blending technical expertise, career orientation, and real-world connection.
