The 13K5 Tour officially kicks off, bringing opportunities to study and work in Japan to every unit
Launched for the first time at FSOFT, the 13K5 Tour officially kicks off in Q2/2025, with a series of activities rolled out across major business units (BUs) that are currently engaged with the Japanese market. The program not only provides detailed information about attractive training courses and career development opportunities in Japan, but also serves as a chance for FSOFTers from all three regions to connect, interact, and receive hundreds of valuable gifts.
The 13K5 Tour will successively “dock” at major BUs such as F1, FA, FHN, FHM, GHC, EBS, GST, GIF, FQC, GPE, IVS, SCM… and span three major cities: Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City. More than 30 tours are expected to take place during the peak months of April and May 2025.
At each stop, the 13K5 Tour offers access to key information about the 13K5 Japanese language training program, an exclusive learning and application platform developed by LTI, and a variety of cultural and language events (Kaiwa Contest Season 2, Discovery Japan, Yosakoi Club, Japanese Culture Workshops…). Participants will also learn about career paths and onsite opportunities at FPT Japan for those who meet the required Japanese proficiency level.

In addition, at each unit, FSOFTers will hear real-life sharing sessions about:
- Japanese language development goals for 2025
- How Japanese proficiency impacts KPIs and promotion paths
- Opportunities to expand roles and expertise with strong Japanese skills
- Ongoing campaigns to encourage Japanese language learning within units
More than just a learning connection, the 13K5 Tour also brings a range of meaningful gifts including a 13K5 T-shirt and lanyard combo, and a study kit (IT Book, 1800 Japanese Vocabulary Words, Start with Kana, and Start With You handbook).
The 13K5 Tour is not just a training event, but a strategic stepping stone for FSOFTers to grow comprehensively in a global work environment. FSUs can register for the 13K5 Tour via the LINK.
