In contrast to her petite and gentle appearance, Tran Thi Thuy Linh – Marketing Team Leader at FSA.CTA possesses an unwavering inner strength and a passionate energy for her work. Linh’s outstanding contributions to the development and growth of the Marketing team have earned her recognition as one of the Top 13 Outstanding OKRs at FPT Corporation in Q1 2024.
Joining FPT Software in 2022, Tran Thi Thuy Linh was entrusted with the responsibility of establishing a system and workflow for the Marketing team. Under her leadership, the team achieved remarkable milestones, including: propelling FPT Software Academy to become the top-followed technology training academy in Vietnam, witnessing exponential growth across communication channels, and surpassing the KPI for attracting potential learners by 150%, with marketing-driven revenue accounting for nearly 70%. Notably, in 2024, amidst organizational restructuring at FPT Software Academy, Linh proactively spearheaded the completion and launch of FSA’s new brand identity, leading the implementation of the “New Branding Campaign” to reach the entire audience within and outside FSOFT.
With unwavering dedication and meticulous attention to detail, Tran Thi Thuy Linh has transformed from a “Newbie” at FSOFT into a highly accomplished individual within a mere two years. Her remarkable achievements include: securing a spot among the Top 13 Outstanding Individual OKRs at FPT Corporation in Q1 2024, ranking among the Top 3 Outstanding Individual OKRs at FPT Software, repeatedly receiving the Best Performance Award (2022, 2023) at FPT Software Academy, earning the Employer Branding Excellence Award (2023), and leading the Marketing Team to two coveted “Best Team of FSA” accolades.
According to Linh, FSA is the ideal work environment that has empowered her to unlock her hidden potential. “The achievement I am most proud of is building a young, passionate, and talented Marketing team. Not only me but all the team members work responsibly, proactively, and in unison towards a common goal. As a result, our Marketing team has organized numerous professional and well-prepared events, meaningful community activities, and elevated the FSOFT brand in the eyes of Vietnamese IT students.”

Much as the work presents numerous challenges, Linh finds herself empowered by the trust and recognition she receives from her managers and leaders at FSA.
