Three passionate teams from GHC next to register for NRC x FPT AI Hackathon 2025
The three teams—Ai-Fi, VEUP, and Zenkai—from GHC.FHS is in its most energetic days as it prepares for NRC x FPT AI Hackathon 2025. Each team has its own personality and strategy, but they all share the same aspiration: to conquer challenges, learn, and create real value through the power of artificial intelligence.
The Ai-Fi, VEUP, and Zenkai teams are accelerating their preparations for the “race track” of NRC x FPT AI Hackathon 2025. Although each team comes to the competition from different starting points, they all share a common trait: a passion for technology and the desire to create practical solutions for NRC using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
This is Ai-Fi’s first time participating, but that doesn’t mean its members lack confidence. Team leader Nguyen Duc Hung (GHC.FHS) shares, “All members are eager to demonstrate their capabilities. The team is meticulously preparing equipment, software, necessary documentation libraries, and dedicating substantial time to understanding NRC’s business in depth.” Ai-Fi has adopted a practical approach, beginning with specific internal issues. “During our research, I noticed NRC still has many old systems with repetitive tasks. If AI can assist in those areas, the workflow will be much smoother,” Hung says. This approach shows the team not only wants to test themselves, but also aims to leave a mark with highly applicable solutions.
While Ai-Fi is an energetic newcomer, VEUP is a lineup that combines youth and experience. The team has six members: four passionate young engineers—Hieu, Cuong, Viet Anh, Dien—and two “veterans,” Giao and Duc. VEUP’s strategy is “solid and substantial,” closely following the judges’ requirements, deeply understanding the business problem, and applying AI effectively and smoothly. “After working with NRC clients, our team understands the systems and operations, allowing us to propose the most practical solutions. We don’t follow AI just because it’s trendy; we use AI to truly deliver results,” asserts team leader Nguyen Duc Minh (GHC.FHS).
The last team is Zenkai, which has the most experienced members among NRC’s teams. The name “Zenkai” recalls the “Saiyan Power” from Dragon Ball—becoming stronger after each time pushing the limits—and is also “Kaizen” spelled backwards, a philosophy of continuous improvement that the team deeply values. Team leader Tran Nguyen Quang Huy (GHC.FHS) shares, “That’s exactly the spirit we want to bring to the competition: turning challenges into strength and continuously evolving after each experience.” Zenkai enters this year’s competition with confidence and a clear goal: not just to win, but to learn and create practical AI solutions for NRC Health. Their strategy focuses on three pillars: (1) Deeply understanding real-world problems, putting users and their true needs at the center; (2) Leveraging NRC’s internal strengths—data, healthcare experience, and fast deployment capability; and (3) Applying AI selectively, prioritizing effectiveness, scalability, and transparency.
Three teams, three unique styles: Ai-Fi is bold, VEUP is calm, Zenkai is courageous—but all share one thing: the spirit of daring to think, daring to act, and relentlessly breaking through. For the members of all three teams, NRC x FPT AI Hackathon 2025 is not just a competition; it is a journey of self-discovery, growth, and asserting creative marks deeply imbued with FPT spirit. The passion for learning, internal cohesion, and determination to create breakthrough solutions are the strongest “AI Power” that will help them go far on their journey to conquer the peak of technology.
