VUI FEST 2026: FPT Software Nha Trang Determined to Achieve “Top Tier”
With the theme “Nha Trang Top Tier,” VUI FEST 2026 marked the kickoff for the branch’s journey of strong growth, setting an OKR of 555 employees, 5 million-dollar clients, and a focus on developing high-quality human resources in 2026.
Last weekend, VUI FEST 2026 in Nha Trang was held with the attendance of FPT Software CEO Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, FPT Software CFO Mr. Nguyen Hoang Trung, FPT Software Nha Trang Director Mr. Truong Hoang Phuc, along with representatives from strategic production units, FPT member companies in Khanh Hoa, and nearly 300 of the branch’s FSOFTers.
The year 2025 marked a “leap forward” for FPT Software Nha Trang as its workforce doubled from 150 to nearly 300 people – a clear testament to the collective’s strength of solidarity and “One Team” spirit . Notably, thanks to the AI-First orientation , the branch secured its first million-dollar clients and successfully implemented AI across all production tasks. This growth also received direct recognition from international clients, affirming FPT Software Nha Trang’s position as a strategic production center.
Entering 2026, the branch aims for 555 employees, 5 million-dollar clients, and to build a team of 50 COBOL personnel – with the goal of expanding its scale and enhancing global competitiveness. Additionally, the branch is focused on attracting talented students, especially from Tier 1 universities, to build a high-quality pipeline of future talent.
At VUI FEST, outstanding individuals and teams were honored with traditional awards and notably the FNT Awards 2025, which were decided by public vote. In a special gesture, FPT Software CEO Mr. Pham Minh Tuan awarded an on-the-spot bonus of 555 gold to each female employee, encouraging the development of a diverse, harmonious work environment and promoting gender equality.
An emotional highlight was the artistic performances by FSOFTers themselves, creating a vibrant atmosphere with acts such as “HNT Say Hi,” “Lai Rai AI,” and “The Big Bang.” These performances received enthusiastic cheers and awards totaling 45 million VND from leaders and managers.
VUI FEST 2026 concluded with a resounding chant of determination from nearly 300 FSOFTers: “Nha Trang – 555! Nha Trang – Top Tier! Nha Trang – Higher pay!”, affirming the youthfulness, enthusiasm, and ambition to propel FPT Software Nha Trang into a “Top Tier” technology hub for the company in the new year.
