X-Jobs gets ready to enter iKhien 2021 final
At 4 p.m. on December 29, the most anticipated creative “battle” of the year will officially kick off. Two teams – X -Jobs matching based on akaJob (FPT Software) and Technology Counter (FPT Telecom), are promised to bring a dramatic match with many heated moments. .
The iKhien 2021 final brings together many senior leaders to be the judges. To make the final attractive, the organizers have changed significantly the format of the competition.
On the software side, coming to the final of iKhien 2021, in addition to the X-Jobs product development members, there will also be the participation of CHRO Nguyen Tuan Minh and the head of the FQC committee Nguyen Quoc Dong.
At the iKhien 2021 final, the scoring method is more flexible than in previous years. The competing teams place their Star of Hope in the Audience or the Judges to increase their number of points. The total score of each team consists of the judges’ scores, stars of hope and audience votes. Voting points are calculated according to the conversion of 500 votes to 1 point. 5000 votes or more is counted as 10 points. FSOFT’s employees will participate in voting via workchat. Voting time takes place concurrently with the time of the final(16h on December 29), and ends at the end of round 3 or once announced by the organizers.

A representative of X-Jobs, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Lien Minh (FHO.IDX), said that the team is still preparing step by step to show up properly and professionally in the final. Ms. Minh said that the opponent is quite formidable, especially in terms of online voting force, so the team’s slogan has always been to do our best.
