Officially rolled out across FSOFT in September 2025 as an AI Agent integrated directly into MS Teams, 1M Contract Gen quickly received positive feedback from the Sales community for its ability to automatically generate standardized contracts and optimize processing time.

Refusing to “rest on success,” the LCM team promptly gathered real-world feedback and developed a new market-based (OB) feature.

Now, users can set their own default OB, access a categorized library of contract templates best suited to their specific markets, and enjoy simplified workflows that reduce errors, increase speed, and maintain both accuracy and professionalism.

The market-specific contract generation also comes with automatic language selection. For example, contracts for FPT Japan are generated in Japanese, while those for FPT Korea are created in Korean—perfectly meeting the specialized requirements of working with international partners.

The fact that 1M Contract Gen—a product developed and enhanced by a functional unit under FHO—was launched and expanded in such a short time demonstrates the practical value of the “AI First” mindset embraced by every Software House employee.
