See an issue? Don’t keep it to yourself!

A process with too many steps. A tool that isn’t truly convenient. Or a repetitive task that could be automated. If you’ve ever noticed something that could be improved in your daily work, there is now a dedicated place to share. Starting from June 5th, 2026, FPT Software officially launches the KAIZEN BOX – a centralized channel for receiving improvement ideas and innovation initiatives across the company.

In our daily work, every FSOFTer can spot opportunities to enhance the way we work. It might be a process that needs to be simplified, a system that requires an upgrade, or an idea to save time and improve the user experience.

Developed by the Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG), KAIZEN – Improvement & Innovation Channel is a central hub for receiving and tracking improvement proposals across FPT Software.

Unlike channels for reporting violations or non-compliance, the Kaizen Box focuses on what can be done better. From resolving and preventing arising issues, improving processes, enhancing the quality of systems and services, to innovative initiatives that boost operational efficiency. In other words, if you notice something that can be improved, the Kaizen Box is the place to start.

The unique point of the Kaizen Box is that every suggestion is recorded and tracked throughout the entire handling process. Each idea is given a separate tracking code, allowing the contributor to easily check its status. Proposals will be reviewed, categorized, and evaluated based on their impact, feasibility, and the value they bring to the organization.

Not only does Kaizen accept ideas, but it also aims to turn feasible suggestions into practical improvements, helping save time, optimize costs, minimize risks, and enhance the working experience for FSOFTers.

Many positive changes often begin with small observations in daily work. Therefore, if you have an idea or simply notice something that could be done better, don’t hesitate to share it with the Kaizen Box.
