15 excellent FAMers graduate from FPT Americas’ separate “Mentor – Mentee” program

FAM recently organized a graduation ceremony for 15 mentees who took part in the ADM Mentorship Program (Account – Delivery Management). This program is a key strategic initiative that was rolled out diligently in April 2023 as per a structured plan with defined outcomes, aligning with FAM’s A499 target for 2024.

The graduation ceremony took place directly at the Atlanta office, with the participation of Mr. Dang Tran Phuong – SEVP FSOFT cum CEO of FAM, Mr. Alwyn Joseph – Deputy CEO of FAM, along with 6 mentees in Atlanta and more than 20 members in other areas participating online.

At the beginning of the event, Mr. Alwyn expressed gratitude towards the collective team of mentors and mentees, acknowledging their dedication in juggling program participation alongside their regular work commitments. He aspires for each mentee to prioritize customer-centricity post-program completion, enhancing their comprehension of customers, businesses, and gaining insights into FPT’s capabilities and culture to address customer challenges effectively.

The event also serves as a chance for mentors and mentees to show appreciation for one another after navigating through 13 training topics and engaging in real-life scenarios together. Every mentee has acquired valuable insights from their masters, while each mentor has also gained knowledge from their mentors and each other.

As the sponsor of the ADM program, Mr. Dang Tran Phuong emphasized: “We really want to witness the success and confidence in communication of ADMs after coming out of this program. This is also an opportunity for each member to understand themselves better and have appropriate development directions.” In the near future, Mr. Phuong hopes that the ADM program will return with a more complete appearance, improved from the contributions of each first class member.

FAM Board of Directors awarded certificates and gifts to ADMs

The ADM Mentorship Program is a specialized training initiative created to establish a skilled Talent team that comprehends customer needs and business objectives, aligning with FAM’s growth targets. The mentor group consists of seasoned multinational managers and sales professionals with extensive expertise in US market dynamics, business practices, and cultural nuances.

Through program participation, mentees can enhance their essential knowledge and skills. They strive to nurture cooperative relationships and identify potential opportunities within the customer base. Meanwhile, mentors provide genuine insights and experiences, helping mentees learn to connect, understand needs, and establish trust with customers.
