ALL-IN PROCESS is the theme of FSOFT Process Day 2025
Process Day – the annual event honoring process professionals at FSOFT – will officially take place on March 10, 2025, with the theme ALL-IN PROCESS. This year’s theme emphasizes unity, strong commitment, and the proactive adoption of technology, fostering a culture of prevention and sustainable development.
With the message “All-In A.I, All-In Prevention, All-In Process”, Process Day 2025 encourages proactive innovation and quality enhancement across all aspects:
- All-In A.I: Leveraging artificial intelligence tools like Copilot, CodeVista to optimize workflows and elevate QA to a world-class standard.
- All-In Prevention: Cultivating a prevention-first mindset, eliminating recurring issues, and driving continuous improvement.
- All-In Process: Establishing process as a solid foundation, serving both as a shield and a driving force for QA professionals to thrive.
Many meaningful and practical activities will be held as part of Process Day 2025, addressing the most pressing topics in FSOFT’s process landscape:
- AI Video Contest for the Quality Assurance division: All-In A.I

- Process Day main event, hosted both offline and online across three regions on March 10
- In-depth workshops covering hot topics such as AI in processes, Prevention Culture, and Lean Process, open to all FSOFTers
