Official Kick-off Bird Tank & Bird AI 2025 across FSOFT
In February 2025, Bird Tank, and especially Bird AI, officially launched across 18 FSU & OB units, marking an ambitious year of innovation and AI adoption at FSOFT. With a strong focus on driving AI-powered initiatives (AI Agents) and automation (Digital Agents), Bird AI is not just a competition but also a motivation for every FSOFTer to break through limits, master technology, enhance productivity, and pioneer groundbreaking solutions.
To expand scale and impact in 2025, the Bird Tank competition introduced the Bird AI program – a playground for AI, AI Agents and Digital Agent initiatives aimed at promoting automation and optimizing workflows. At the kick-off event, the organizing committee emphasized: “Bird AI is not just about seeking new ideas; it is about transforming them into real-world solutions. We expect these initiatives to go beyond mere experimentation and be widely implemented, creating real value for FSOFT”.
The overwhelming response from FSU & OB units since the early days of the launch showcases the immense appeal of Bird AI. As the reigning champion of the Bird Tank 2024 rankings, IT continues to set high ambitions for this year’s season. Mr. Nguyen Quang Dung, Vice Head of IT Department, affirmed: “Beyond quantity, we are striving for quality”. According to Mr. Dung, with an aim to go further, IT will focus on highly applicable initiatives to create practical products that enhance process improvement for the BA division.
Sharing the same perspective on the importance of AI, Mrs. Duong Kieu Oanh, Head of IDO – representing the organizing committee, also emphasized: “Bird Al will be a game-changer for the innovation movement in FSOFT. Al is no longer the future – it is the now, and every FSOFTer is a pioneer in bringing AI into real-world applications”.
Notably, this year’s AI race will be more exciting than ever as GHC commits to contributing 10 AI initiatives, becoming the leading unit in AI application in the Healthcare sector. Director of GHC, Mr. Chu Canh Chieu emphasized: “AI is creating a global leap and unprecedented changes in the Healthcare industry. GHC’s 10 AI initiatives aim not only to enhance service quality and optimize treatment processes but also prioritize data security, ensuring absolute protection of patients’ personal information. Driven by innovation and a pioneering spirit, GHC is not just applying AI but also exploring untapped potentials, delivering breakthrough solutions to make the Healthcare system smarter, more accurate, and efficient. Now is the time for GHC to break through and shape the future of Healthcare with AI, placing people at the heart of every advancement”.
The first round of BirdTank & Bird AI will take place on March 5, 2025, promising an explosion of outstanding ideas from six units: FHM, FHO PRC, FHO GRC, EBS, SCM, and F1. This will be an opportunity for teams to compete, exchange ideas, and collaboratively create highly practical innovations, propelling FSOFT further in the technology revolution.
