Compliance Week Q3.2025: 3 foundational courses for sustainable growth
From August 25 to September 12, 2025, FPT Software is rolling out Compliance Week for Q3 with a focus on three core training programs: Business Risk and Compliance Management System (BRCMS), Personal Data Protection, and Occupational Safety and Health. The program is mandatory for all FSOFT employees in Vietnam and must be completed by September 13, 2025.
During Q3 Compliance Week, FSOFTers will complete the three essential courses on the LevelUp platform:
1. BRCMS Awareness by GRC – This course equips employees with knowledge about the business risk and compliance management system, contributing to ISO 22301 recertification. The duration is 39 minutes for general employees and 65 minutes for PMs, Vice BULs, and BULs in Delivery.
2. Data Protection Training by GDPO – Designed to enhance awareness around personal data protection and support compliance with ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701:2019, this course has a duration of 36 minutes.
3. Occupational Safety and Health for All by GRC – This course covers risk identification and response skills to ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor safety regulations. The total duration is 155 minutes.

Beyond delivering essential knowledge, these courses aim to raise awareness, instill a sense of accountability, and promote a culture of sustainable and responsible work at FSOFT. Each module is concise, practical, and hosted on LevelUp, making it easy for employees to engage and apply learnings directly to their daily work.
The courses are available in both Vietnamese and English, with specific audiences as follows:
- For PMs, Vice BULs, and BULs in Delivery: Vietnamese | English
- For all FSOFT employees: Vietnamese | English
The program is mandatory for all employees of FPT Software in Vietnam as of August 15, 2025, excluding those on maternity leave, unpaid leave, temporary suspension of contract, or those not working during the program period.
With its flexible, pressure-free format, Compliance Week Q3.2025 encourages every employee to spend a short amount of time on LevelUp, complete the courses, and refresh their mindset, demonstrating the responsibility of a FSOFTer.
