Crucial round of “Trạng FPT 2023” rescheduled
Trạng FPT 2023 has announced a change in the schedule for its most crucial round of competition. The organizing committee of Trạng FPT 2023 has just informed that the timing for the third round – Interview has been shifted from December 15th to December 20th.
The benevolent competition for FPT is gradually advancing to its second round – Strategy & Debate, scheduled to take place on December 13-14. Earlier, the organizing committee had announced that the Interview round would occur after the conclusion of round 2, specifically on December 15.
According to the latest update from the organizing committee, round 3 will be postponed to December 20 to give the Top 6 contestants additional time to prepare before facing the interview with the leaders of the FPT Corporation. Thus, the Top 6 will have an additional 5 days to prepare their knowledge and mindset. This marks a difference from previous years.

Currently, the Top 35 are intensively preparing for the second round – Strategy & Debate, which will be held on December 13-14 at FPT Tower in Hanoi.
Specifically, on December 13, in the Strategy section, the Top 35 contestants will select mentors and participate in a series of activities designed for the groups. The judging panel will score and select the Top 20 contestants.
On December 14, in the Debate section, the Top 20 groups will research and debate against the topic provided by the organizing committee. The Top 13 contestants will be revealed based on the scores given by the judging panel. The organizing committee will also announce the Top 6 contestants with the highest scores who will proceed to the Interview round.
On December 20, the Top 6 will officially enter the final round – Interview. The three laureates will be selected and announced immediately after the conclusion of the competition.
Trạng FPT is part of the periodic examination organized by FPT Corporation, initiated for the first time in 1998 by FPT University. The competition aims to identify outstanding young talents with leadership qualities and management capabilities to honor and integrate them into the ranks of talented young managers. Subsequently, the winners will be trained, coached, and developed into the next generation of leaders to build and sustain FPT.
