FSOFT’s Business Assurance section (BA) ready for various activities on BA Day
On the days 13th, 20th, and 22nd of December, FSOFT BA’s Day, an event dedicated to the employees in theusiness Assurance section, will be organized across all three regions. This event is part of a series of activities to show appreciation for the BA team within the company, providing an opportunity for colleagues to gather, share experiences, and reminisce about the past year’s work.
Following pre-event activities like BA Funny Clip and BA Honor (BA Wow), on December 13, 2023, FSOFTers in the BA department will celebrate BA Day 2023 with various memorable activities. The ceremony will be held in all three regions. In Hanoi, the event will take place at the Pluto room, F3, Hola Park on December 13. Employees in Da Nang will celebrate BA Day on December 20, while FSOFT in the South will organize BA Day on December 22 at the Cửu Long auditorium, F-Town 3.
During the event, several interesting activities are planned, including a series of workshops on the BA profession with experienced speakers, the Golden Bell Ring Challenge to test the knowledge of BA employees, and the BA Honor Awards ceremony.
Speakers such as FSOFT CEO Phạm Minh Tuấn, CFO Nguyễn Khải Hoàn, Head of iDX Dương Kiều Oanh, and Head of FHN.GAT Nguyễn Thị Thu Hiền will participate in the workshops corresponding to each site. The speakers will share insights and engage in direct dialogue with the BA team on optimizing productivity and supporting the Delivery department. Additionally, participants will have a Q&A session with the speakers to gain further insights into the BA department, which is also the internal “customer” of the BA team.
Following the workshops, BA employees will participate in the Golden Bell Ring Challenge with the involvement of 100 participants from each region. The challenge involves overcoming 20 questions from various fields such as IQ knowledge, FSOFT-related information, and recent trending topics.
In the Golden Bell Ring competition, participants stand a chance to win attractive prizes, including a VND 5 million prize for the champion, VND 1 million for the most persistent FSOFTer, and VND 500,000 for players with unique decorations in each region. Audience members also have the opportunity to win prizes by participating in cheering, with awards such as the “Most Enthusiastic Cheering Unit” worth VND 500,000, the “Fire-Dancing Hooligan” worth VND 500,000, and VND 500,000 for fans who can answer bonus questions from the organizers.
This year, BA Day welcomes the return of the BA Honor (BA Wow) awards with an entirely new format involving the evaluation of FSOFTers using the initiatives. From over 120 initiatives from 11 units in the BA department that participated in the preliminary round, nearly 90 initiatives have passed scrutiny from the Evaluation Council as well as feedback and rankings from FSOFTers themselves. The awards will be announced on December 13th. Participants in the initiative rankings will also have the chance to win prizes worth more than VND 20 million from the organizers.
