Excellent “LEAN IT” idea will be nominated for iKhien
According to the latest information from Mr. Pham Huu Chung (BCC.PMO), all the Top Idea award categories in the LEAN IT competition will be entered into the corporate level iKhien 2022 Preliminary Round. Of which, at least 10 ideas out of them will be nominated to take the corporate level exam.
“LEAN IT” is the first contest to submit ideas to improve the process of SEPG and FQC. The contest period is from March 4 to March 15. All project members (PM, DEV, TEST, QA, etc.) can participate in this contest. Players participate by contributing ideas to improve, streamline processes, increase productivity, etc. or ideas related to working from home (WFH) or working from the office (WFO) through FORM organized by the organizer. By participating in the contest, FSOFTer will have the opportunity to win up to VND 30 million. As of 10 March 2022, the top 3 leading organizations submitting ideas include FHM.EMU, FSG.GDB and GAM.PDC.
The iKhien 2022 program is in the kick-off preparation phase. For LEAN IT ideas that pass the Preliminaries, the authors will receive a creative incentive gold reward. Initiatives that go to the FSOFT and FPT rounds will have the opportunity to be evaluated and receive valuable and attractive rewards. In addition, the author also has more gifts, which are considered and evaluated after 6 months and at the end of the year.
