F-Ville Hoa Lac: Strange yet familiar location for team building
Last weekend, 220 ICS.LTS members had a day with their spirit on fire within the framework of the LTS – Spring Summer Olympic2022, which was organized at the F-Ville campus. With the theme “Emotional Connection” and fiery spirit, the team from FPT Duy Tan stirred up the whole atmosphere at Hoa Lac.
LTS – Spring Summer Olympic 2022 is one of the major offline events held after the period of social distancing due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It is to bring members of LTS family fun physical activities and the opportunities to relax and bond with each other.
Sharing the reason why LTS.YU chose F-Ville as the venue for the event, Ms. Bien Mai Linh (ICS.LTS) expressed, “For the brothers and sisters working at FPT Duy Tan, F-Ville is the a place that is both familiar and strange. It is familiar because we have heard about FSOFT Hoa Lac a lot and seen it on pictures. The strange thing is that not everyone has visited F-Ville. So, this is a good opportunity for LTSersto visit the software village, where they can play sports and try using convenient facilities available at the campus…”.
The team gathers for a photoshoot at F-Ville 1.Starting the series of Olympic activities, 4 teams, shoulder to shoulder, had to overcome the challenges of a combination of intellectual and physical games including. There was a treasure-hunt activity from F-Ville 1 to F-Ville 2. In addition to the game list, there were many “brain” games designed by the YU LTS team. The sports festival also had another highlight, which was a tea-break in between the competitions to energize the brothers.
After burning a lot of calories in 9 rigorous yet fun rounds of competition, the whole unit moved to the swimming pool to immerse themselves in the Dinner Gala party. The pool party created chill and romantic emotions when everyone gathered, raised glasses, savored a buffet of various foods and drinks, and enjoyed well-prepared musical performances. These were definitely fun and memorable moments for all ICS.LTS members.
