FDN offers VND 340 million of “hot rewards” for employees getting new international certificate
Determined to promote FSU’s academic spirit, FDN’s Board of Directors decided to organize the “biggest” campaign ever to achieve the goal of making “FSU achieve the highest and fastest rate in getting new international certificates in FSOFT”. The total reward amount is up to VND 340 million to encourage the spirit among FDNers to emulate each other and obtain international certificates.
The program is on from January 1 to December 31 for employees of FDN who have obtained valuable certificates from prestigious organizations, which help to support the development of jobs related to delivery and business activities at FSOFT.
Individuals who earned precious certificates on categories such as Project Management (PMP, PMI, etc.), Languages (Japanese N1/N2, Topik II or higher, IELTS 7.0 or higher, TOEFL-iBT 96 or higher), Specialize (ISTQB, Outsystems, etc.) will be eligible for the hot rewards. The specific reward levels are listed in the below table:
In addition, the Board of Directors of FDN decided to launch more campaigns to create opportunities for BUs of FDN to compete with each other. BA, DOI, ROI, RD, BOD units will merge into an alliance to compete with the remaining BUs. It is prerequisite that “Each BU has at least 35% of its members getting international certificates, complete the Udacity program or complete the Global SE course”. Specifically:
- GROUP REWARDS FOR BUs OF MORE THAN 150 MEMBERS
- BU that achieves the 35% the fastest: 15M
- BU that achieves the 35% the second fastest: 10M
- BU that achieves the highest percentage: 5M
- GROUP REWARDS FOR BUs OF FEWER THAN 150 MEMBERS
- BU that achieves the 35% the fastest: 10M
- BU that achieves the 35% the second fastest: 8M
- BU that achieves the highest percentage: 5M
- REWARDS FOR INDIVIDUALS
- Individual that achieves the most certificates: 3M
- Individuals that achieve the second/third most certificates: 2M
- 49 individuals who complete the Udacity program the fastest: 1M/person
