FHM Salesforce & AI Workshop: Pioneering business solutions with Artificial Intelligence

Recently, FHM successfully hosted the “Salesforce & AI” workshop at the Cuu Long Hall, attracting nearly 250 FSOFTers both in-person and online. The event provided a comprehensive overview of how Salesforce and AI can be combined to automate workflows, predict customer behavior, enhance performance, and unlock new business collaboration opportunities for FHM in particular and FSOFT in general in the digital era.

The workshop began with a presentation by Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang – FSOFT Salesforce Key Program Lead, who shared insights into the rapid growth of Salesforce services at FSOFT, AI-driven innovations at FHM, and real-world experiences from projects integrating AI and Salesforce to optimize business processes. His insights equipped attendees with essential knowledge about the platform while also highlighting its immense potential in FSOFT’s working environment.

Following this, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh Tu – Project Manager & AI Ambassador at ATG presented practical examples of integrating AI into Salesforce to optimize project performance. He emphasized: AI can boost efficiency by up to 13%, bringing significant improvements in areas like delivery, presales, and resource management.” He added, “After applying AI to our projects, processes have been significantly streamlined, while operational quality has also improved, reducing incidents and increasing productivity”.

The third speaker, Mr. Tran Minh Quan – CRM Analytics & Developer, discussed AI’s critical role in supporting decision-making. He elaborated: “AI enables businesses to harness and analyze data more effectively, improving customer experiences and optimizing revenue. These tools also offer advanced capabilities such as customer behavior prediction, allowing businesses to adjust strategies promptly, enhance competitiveness, and increase work efficiency”.

After the speaker presentations, the workshop continued with a dynamic Q&A session. FSOFTers had the opportunity to directly discuss challenges and initial difficulties in integrating AI with Salesforce. One of the most engaging topics was Salesforce’s investment in emerging AI technologies. The speakers highlighted that Salesforce remains at the forefront of AI innovation, developing advanced technologies such as Agentforce – an AI-driven automation platform that allows businesses to build and deploy customized AI agents to address sales, customer service, marketing, and commerce challenges.

Another key discussion in the Q&A session was data security in AI applications, a top concern for many FSOFTers. The speakers emphasized that while AI requires access to large datasets, Salesforce has implemented robust security measures to protect enterprise data from cyber threats. These security technologies ensure that businesses can leverage AI in their projects without concerns about data breaches.

With an unwavering commitment to innovation and maintaining a pioneering stance in technology adoption, the workshop reinforced that Artificial Intelligence has, is, and will continue to play a crucial role in the long-term development strategy of FSOFT HCM’s largest unit. This initiative contributes to the success of the high-stakes “big battles” set for 2025.
