FPT Americas boosts productivity with training program on Nodemation – n8n & AI
To improve work efficiency and stay ahead of automation trends, FPT Americas (FAM), in collaboration with FSA, organized an online training program titled “Boosting Productivity Through Smart Automation with n8n and AI” for its employees. The event attracted nearly 60 participants, opening up many opportunities to apply AI technology and automation in daily work practices.
During the program, Mr. Mathan Sakthivel (FINDIA) provided a comprehensive introduction to n8n – a leading open-source workflow automation tool. With its intuitive interface, flexible customization, and thousands of ready-made workflow templates, n8n enables users to easily connect familiar platforms such as Google Sheets, Discord, Slack, GitHub, etc., and efficiently automate repetitive tasks.
The highlight of the training was a live demonstration of building a workflow: from collecting data via RSS, filtering information, sending notifications to Discord, to using OpenAI for automatic content summarization. Thanks to the hands-on approach, participants not only grasped the knowledge but also gained practical experience, clearly seeing the potential for saving time and reducing manual workloads through automation.
Participants were advised not to use official accounts when testing new features, while emphasizing the importance of using API keys to fully leverage the power of AI on n8n. Currently, this tool has been applied internally with more than 30 automated workflows, contributing to operational optimization at FAM.
