FPT Americas honors dedicated employees in Canada and Detroit
Recently, FPT Americas (FAM) held a ceremony to honor employees who have shown long-term commitment to FSOFT/FAM in Canada and the state of Detroit, USA.
In Canada, FPT Canada CEO Nguyen Lam Phuong expressed gratitude to eight employees who have reached 5 and 10 years of service at FSOFT, as well as 5 years of dedication to FAM. These milestones not only demonstrate their bond with the company but also reflect their perseverance, responsibility, and ongoing contributions to the organization’s overall success. Speaking at the event, Lam Phuong emphasized the importance of values such as trust, collaboration, and progressing together in the development journey of FPT in North America.
In Detroit, FPT Automotive CEO Nguyen Duc Kinh presented trophies and souvenirs to employees who have reached 5 and 10 years working at FSOFT, along with 10 years of service at FAM.
The ceremony was not only an occasion to look back on the journey so far, but also a source of encouragement for all employees to continue fostering unity and creativity, contributing to building FPT/FPT Americas into an even stronger presence in the international market.
