FPT Software successfully completes ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit
FPT Software has officially completed the ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit across all three regions, with the participation of experts from Bureau Veritas Certification (BVC). The results reaffirm the company’s operational excellence and compliance with international quality management standards.
This audit was carried out with close coordination among participating units to ensure the quality management system consistently meets the stringent requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Through this, FPT Software continues to enhance product quality and strengthen customer trust in a market that increasingly demands high standards and operational stability.
Participating units included:
- Hòa Lạc: SEPG, FQC, SSC, FA.DEL.IVI, FHN.JITS, FHN.EES
- Đà Nẵng: FID, GIF.IMF, F1.JDC, GIF.AFS, FA.DEL.GEM
- Ho Chi Minh City: IT, FA.VN.ADS, FA.DEL.AVE, FHM.ATG, FHM.JPG
After three days of rigorous evaluation, FPT Software achieved 0 Non-Conformities (NC) and recorded 4 Opportunities for Improvement (OFI). This outcome demonstrates that the company’s quality management system continues to fully comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements while maintaining efficiency across the organization.
