Free ServiceNow AI Certification exam opens doors to global projects
With the goal of achieving 500 ServiceNow AI certifications to meet the resource demands for global projects, on October 21, the LCG (Low-code Group) unit, in collaboration with FSA (FPT Software Academy), launched the ServiceNow AI Campaign. The campaign aims to foster a spirit of learning, enhance AI capabilities, and increase the number of certifications on the ServiceNow platform. The kick-off event, held online via Microsoft Teams, received strong support from senior leadership and production units.
