FSOFT among Top 15 “Great places to work in Vietnam”

Great Place to Work (GPTW) – The global authority on workplace culture for the first time announced that 10 large and medium enterprises (100 or more employees) and 5 small businesses (up to 99 employees) achieved “The great place to work in Vietnam”.

The “Great Place to Work” certification is the most prestigious workplace title, and the only one based entirely on workers’ assessment of their workplace experience. Every year, more than 10,000 businesses from 97 countries apply for this certification. The ranking in Vietnam applies the same evaluation criteria as the rankings of “100 best places to work in the US” and “25 best places to work in the world” published annually by the prestigious Fortune magazine.

Businesses are assessed through a trust index survey that measures 3 key relationships that drive employee experience in the workplace including relationships with leaders – colleagues – their work. The survey results show the percentage of workers who rate a business as an “excellent place to work” and an indicator of their true workplace experience. Great Place to Work requires confidence index survey results to be accurate to 95 per cent or more of the confidence level with a 5% range of error. Also, the ranking check for anomalies in survey responses, media coverage, and financial performance to ensure a fair assessment.

Previously, in December 2021, Great Place to Work certified FSOFT with a great working environment, based on the employees’ own evaluations of the hybrid working environment, diverse experiences, and unlimited career opportunities.
