FSOFT conducts BCMS drills across three regions, ensuring readiness for any situation
Ensuring business continuity in emergency scenarios is a vital requirement for technology enterprises. With the goal of maintaining operational readiness, FSOFT recently organized Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) drills in Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City, engaging multiple projects and units company-wide.

The program was jointly carried out by GRC.BRC in coordination with IT, SSC, and units including FHN, FAVN, and F1. Realistic scenarios such as fire, epidemic outbreaks, and loss of customer system connectivity were carefully designed, enabling project teams of 10–50 members to validate the effectiveness of their response procedures. Particularly, projects operating in ODCs, which directly utilize customer assets and systems, received close attention and support from partners. Post-drill reports were also submitted by PMs for customer evaluation.
Beyond the scope of official participants, the BCMS spirit has been widely embraced as FSUs like EBS and FHM proactively organized their own drills. This demonstrates that BCMS has gone beyond the framework of ISO 22301:2019 certification requirements, becoming a company-wide culture of preparedness and risk mitigation.

At the conclusion of the program, several nonconformities (NC) were identified and incorporated into improvement plans. IT, SSC, project teams, and GRC will jointly implement these enhancements, laying the foundation for units to confidently conduct independent drills in the future. This initiative not only strengthens emergency preparedness but also reaffirms FSOFT’s commitment to ensuring business continuity and reinforcing customer trust.
