FSOFT cooperates with NCS to develop strategic technology center in Vietnam

Yesterday afternoon (August 1), FSOFT and NCS Group, a leading technology service provider in the Asia-Pacific region, signed a cooperation agreement to develop a strategic technology center in Vietnam – one that meets the strategic goal of expanding the development network to provide technology services and digital transformation for both sides.

Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of FPT and FSOFT, there were FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh, FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha, FSOFT CEO Tran Dang Hoa and FPT Asia Pacific CEO David Nguyen (Mr. Nguyen Tran Hung). On the NCS side, the representatives included CEO Ng Kuo Pin and key members including Mr. Sam Liew, Mr. Howie Lau and Ms. Claudia Tan.

According to the MOU, the Strategic Technology Center jointly built by FPT Asia Pacific (FAP) and NCS in Vietnam will provide infrastructure services such as a secure environment, on-demand training programs, and training programs that focus on product development and digital transformation technologies such as Cloud, Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, AR/VR, and Digital API. It will operate under Integrated Delivery Methods of NCS. At the same time, the center will also focus on developing highly specialized human resources for NCS to meet the increasing digital transformation needs in the region. The center is expected to have more than 3,000 employees by 2025, making it the third strategic technology center of NCS in Asia.

FPT Corporation – FSOFT in general and FAP in particular, will accompany NCS to improve its technology capabilities, expand and strengthen the ability to meet clients’ needs in multi-fields in the Asia-Pacific region. .

Previously, NCS had developed two technology centers in China and India. With the center in Vietnam, NCS and its partners will have access to high-quality human resources as well as outstanding technological capabilities that have been confirmed over the past two decades by FSOFT.
