Sitecore visits FSOFT and signs MoU to elevate collaboration
On the occasion of signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), a delegation from Sitecore has visited FSOFT. Through this MoU, the relationship between FPT Software and Sitecore has reached a new level, aiming to achieve shared objectives by leveraging their strengths and professional capabilities.
The Sitecore delegation included Ms. Joey Lim, President of Asia-Pacific and Japan; Mr. Dale James, Vice President of Asia-Pacific and Japan; Mr. Sanjay Bhasin, Alliance Director; Ms. Yvonne Loh, Vice President of Southeast Asia; and Mr. Marvin Glenn Lacuna, Solution Consultant. Representing FSOFT were Mr. Nguyễn Khải Hoàn, SEVP and CFO-COO; Mr. Nguyễn Lưu Bách, Deputy Director of FHN; and Mr. Adil Antia, Vice President of FPT Asia Pacific. After visiting the Hola Park campus, the Sitecore delegation participated in the MoU signing ceremony witnessed by over 30 FSOFTers.
According to the MoU, FSOFT will expand its strategic partnership with Sitecore, a leading provider of commerce and digital experience management platforms. Specifically, following the partnership established in 2015, FSOFT and Sitecore have decided to elevate their collaboration to new heights, targeting strategic goals and exploring new markets.
This highlights that both sides not only complement each other in terms of economic cooperation but also possess the capability to expand markets and increase revenue together. The new MoU is a significant step towards reinforcing the capabilities of both parties, aiming to achieve new milestones in delivering experience and digital commerce solutions to global customers.
During the ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Khải Hoàn emphasized that with a history of cooperation providing solutions for clients across various fields such as Aviation, Energy, Automotive, Healthcare, and more, this MoU is expected to further develop the relationship between FSOFT and Sitecore, deepening the collaboration for mutual future successes.

Starting today, FPT Software and Sitecore will jointly invest in and develop market access strategies, while aiming to create even more value for customers,” Mr. Hoàn affirmed.

This award acknowledges FSOFT as one of the leading Gold partners in the Sitecore ecosystem, with outstanding capabilities in identifying and meeting customer needs through innovative Sitecore solutions. In the same month, FPT Software was also elevated to the Platinum partner level by Sitecore.
