FSOFT Dedication Awards 2023 is back

In 2023, FSOFT Dedication Awards honors 2.300 employees who reach 5-10-15-20 years of service, first taking place in FSOFT HCM on the occasion of its 19th birthday on April 13, 2023.

Since 2022, the gift program in recognition of employee engagement has been “transformed” into FSOFT Dedication Awards, aimed at honoring FSOFTers

with 5-10-15-20 years of service. In the second year, the program is aimed at expanding to OBs to spread happiness to FSOFTers worldwide.

FSOFT Dedication Awards, initiated by the Employee Experience Department (HRPR.EX), which is as important as other company awards. Through the program, FSOFT honors FSOFTers for great achievements and persistent efforts.

In Vietnam, FSOFTers with 5 years of service receive the gift set including 01 personalized medal engraved with the name and number of years of service, 1 of 2 gift options. In addition to the familiar choices of backpacks and thermos bottles, the

“High Tea” combo at 5-star hotels and resorts is expected to bring new experiences and international standards to FSOFTers. Honor activities take place at units in coordination with SSC.

For FSOFTers with 10 years of service or more, the gift set consists of a personalized medal and gifts corresponding to each milestone. FSOFTers with 10 years, 15 years and 20 years of service receive 01 Samsonite Curio T Opn Front suitcase, 01 FPT gold badge, and 01 personalized gold gift. Honor activities take place at branches, led by the branch’s Board of Directors and related departments, in combination with the branch’s anniversary program.

Gifts and honor activities for overseas FSOFTers are organized by the Board of Directors and related sides at OBs in alignment with HRPR’s guidelines.

As planned, honor activities take place in sites, bringing FSOFTers meaningful experience: FSOFT HCM (April 2023), FSOFT Can Tho (June 2023), FSOFT Quy Nhon (July 2023), FSOFT Da Nang (August 2023), FSOFT Hanoi (September 2023) and OBs (April to end of 2023).
