FSOFT expands Korean BrSE development program
Recently, the Korean BrSE bridge engineer training program was held with the participation of more than 20 students from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Daanng. The opening ceremony took place in the joyful atmosphere of the students and the useful sharing of representatives from FSOFT and FPT Korea (FKR).
The new CEO of FKR Ha Minh Tuan shared at the opening of the course: “South Korea is one of the very bright markets in the field of technology. Currently, FKR has more than 50 employees working in South Korea. This year, we aim to reach more than 500 employees.”
Mr. Pham Ngoc Son – Sales and Business Development Director of FKR also told the students: “South Korea is a market that offers many great opportunities for students to develop their careers. Currently, Korea has more than 1,000 Vietnamese engineers working in South Korea in fields such as eCommerce, Logistics, etc. Large corporations in Europe have been associated with many solution companies in South Korea. However, there are also many challenges, so students need to have a serious attitude to study, try constantly to be able to adapt and thrive in the Korean market.”

Korean BrSE is organized by FKR and FPT Software Academy (FA) with three main goals including Orienting and creating a good programming foundation for students; Fully being equipped with professional knowledge and skills to meet the entry requirements of FSOFT and many other IT companies; Cultivating students the soft skills necessary for the job. With the above training objectives, the program is divided into 2 main phases which are Technical training phase lasts 78 days and Korean language training phase lasting 75 days.
It can be said that Korean BrSE is one of the outstanding and attractive programs for those interested in the field of bridge engineering. By participating in the program, the trainees will be trained with a variety of content including motivation, cultural exchange with Koreans, daily meeting, quick talk and presentation. At the same time, students also have the opportunity to develop soft skills such as email writing, CV writing, presentations, teamwork, horenso skills, etc.
