FSOFT kickstarts iKhiến 2024 race with 1 Silver and 2 Bronze Awards
FPT Software has clinched 1 Silver and 2 Bronze awards in the first iKhiến Preliminary Round of 2024 for its innovative Tracking and Analytics App, SQMS, and People Graph initiatives.
iKhiến 2024 kicked off with an impressive 2,510 submitted initiatives (as of July 5th). The judging panel is currently evaluating the entries before recognizing those that will advance to the Corporation-level competition. With 1,507 submissions, FSOFT boasts the highest number of initiatives among all participating units.
iKhiến Preliminary Round 1 took place simultaneously in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, featuring 6 initiatives from Group B – focusing on administrative processes and work tools and methods. The judges meticulously evaluated these initial entries and selected the most outstanding ones.
FPT Software’s Tracking and Analytics App bagged the Silver award. This solution consolidates transaction errors into a single platform, enabling easy access, analysis, and resolution for management. It automates error aggregation and provides an intuitive interface for user interaction.
The app expedites error handling by 10 times, reducing customer wait time by 40% and saving developers 2 hours per week. This translates to minimized financial losses from transaction errors for both customers and programmers, contributing to an annual loss reduction of up to $1.6 million for customers.

Two Bronze awards were presented to the People Graph and SQMS initiatives.
People Graph: This initiative facilitates viewing recipient work unit information and categorizing recipients by unit. It empowers FSOFT employees to effortlessly check recipient details, minimizing email mishaps. The solution, implemented as an Outlook Add-in, offers cost-effective deployment and operation, with high scalability to support all FPT employees.
People Graph has reduced email misdirects and prevented sensitive personal and customer data leaks. It also addresses information security concerns with its no-intermediate-data-storage approach. To date, the solution has reached users in 16 countries, with over 9,500 recipient information searches.
SQMS: This system supports the Back-Office in accurately and promptly post-checking tasks, classifying, and tracking FPT Software’s compliance with regulations.
SQMS has slashed post-checking time by up to 90% with an accuracy rate exceeding 95%, reducing the workload for report preparers. It also enhances information processing speed, mitigates risks for customers, projects, and the company. FPT Software plans to implement the initiative in the Operations division in the near future.
