FSOFT participates in largest interdisciplinary technology conference in Canada
From June 2 to 23, FSOFT introduced digital transformation solutions, shared practices on applying AI to business activities in front of hundreds of senior leaders from many leading corporations at the 8th Annual Big Data & Analytics Summit Canada – Toronto.
At the conference, FSOFT Global Head of Digital Transformation – Mr. Frank Bignone, focused on introducing AI-integrated content to optimize business operations. According to the representative of FSOFT, AI has become a universal concept that is applied more and more in all technologies and business programs to help the making of clearer strategies. The deeper the understanding of the data, the more accurate the analysis of clients’ expectations, which can help businesses better grasp potential opportunities and serve the their growth strategy.

Specifically, Mr. Bignone’s sharing was about developing a service strategy for customers through data analysis and real-time recognition of user behavior to instantly provide personalized experiences. At the same time, Mr. Bignone also mentioned other contents topics investing in multi-channel experiences, improving accessibility to facilitate cross-platforms support, and automation of processes to save time for employees to deal with other important issues.
More than 100 attendees visited FPT’s booth and showed interest in the services provided by FSOFT, especially DX services (mainly on Data) and some solutions using AI that had been shared by Mr. Bignone.
The event also gathered many prestigious speakers such as Dr. Yannick Lallement – VP, Global Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Scotiabank; Mr. Alexandre Guilbault – Director Artificial Intelligence at TELUS, Ms. Florina Halasan – Director of Data and Analytics at Electronic Arts (EA), and Ms. Vidhi Chugh – Head of AI Solutions research team at Walmart.
Held both on and offline, the event provided an opportunity for businesses around the world to sign up for one-on-one consultations with the attending experts.
