FSOFT presents 60 laptops to children of Hope School
On the afternoon of August 4, on behalf of FSOFT ChairwomanChu Thi Thanh Ha, FSOFT Danang’sdelegation led by Ms. Doan Thi My Thuong presented 60 laptops to students at Hope School – Da Nang.
The event “Region of Memories” was attended by FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh, who expressed his excitement as the children received these meaningful gifts from the FSOFT team.
Chairman Truong Gia Binh conveyed his promise: “”I promise Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Ha and the FSOFT teamthat Hope will strive to win the highest prize in Vietnamese and international Informatics competitions”.
Ms. Vu Thi Bich Thao, Project Administration Manager of Hope School, expressed her gratitude for the laptops, which would significantly improve the learning conditions of the students. The laptops will be allocated to high school students, ensuring each of them has one for daily use, while the rest will be shared among middle school students based on their learning and homework requirements.
The Hope School project was initiated by FPT to support children facing difficult circumstances, particularly those who lost their parents during the Covid-19 pandemic. The school, located in the FPT City Da Nang urban area, not only provides education but also nurtures, trains, and instills love and care in the children as they grow into adulthood. The school began admitting students from Primary, Secondary, and High School levels on February 7, 2022.
