FSOFT supports all international certification exam fees for employees

From 1 May 2022, FSOFT expanded its support policy for international certification exams with a new process, helping employees to be fully proactive in registering for exams and obtaining certificates to confirm their competence, serving the future projects and career paths.

Accordingly, employees will be supported by the company to take all international certificates, especially English language certificates that are supported when owing scores: TOEIC > 700, IELTS > 5.5, CERP > B2, TOEFL iBT > 72 and ITP > 543. With other foreign languages, employees will be supported when they have a higher score than the certificate they have taken in the last 2 years.

According to the new policy, each employee is supported with exam fees for up to 2 certificates/year, with a support rate of 100% of the exam fee if passed and 50% if failed, the support level is up to VND 20 million VND/certificate. When supported, employees need to commit to work for 6-12 months according to FSOFT’s training regulations. The new policy will apply from May 1, 2022, registrations for certification exams before this time will still apply according to the most recent old policy.

Unlike the past, which had to go through many approval steps and procedures, the new process will be simplified and optimized. Accordingly, employees will be fully active in self-payment and registration of their exam schedule without the approval of the unit. After that, employees only need to send the results to the CTC to receive fee support in the form of salary receipts. This support will be added to FSOFTer’s total PIT.
