GHC.DHM proactively builds a culture of Prevention, affirming the goal of “Quality First”

In the field of Healthcare, every error, no matter how small, can have a big impact on patients and medical teams. Therefore, risk control is not only a mandatory requirement but also a decisive factor for the operational quality and reputation of Healthcare projects. At GHC. DHM, Prevention is not just a measure to handle errors, but is oriented to become a proactive mindset in the way each member works.

Sharing about the importance of Prevention, Mr. Tran Dinh Cung – BUL GHC. DHM affirmed: “Prevention is not just about preventing errors, but also about proactive thinking to help optimize productivity, save costs and maintain customer trust. When each member of the project is instilled with this culture, we not only do our own work better, but also contribute to the sustainable development of the whole organization.”

Aiming to transform Prevention from a compliant process to a true culture, GHC. DHM has been relentlessly driving change from awareness to action. Instead of waiting for the error to occur and then deal with it, the project team began to ask the question: “How can the error not occur in the first place?” An important shift from a passive mindset to a proactive mindset helps members not only work more efficiently but also control potential risks before they arise.

In addition, to achieve the goal as quickly as possible, GHC. DHM has been constantly researching and implementing a series of specific initiatives for projects. PM projects bring Prevention thinking into the workflow, helping members understand and absorb faster. The internal training system is held regularly with practical experience sharing sessions, from which members clearly understand the impact of repeating mistakes and form prevention habits from the beginning. In addition, individuals and project collectives who have made outstanding contributions to the implementation of Prevention are also recognized and rewarded, creating motivation for the entire team to maintain and develop this culture in a sustainable way.

Not stopping at the scope of the project, Prevention is also approved by GHC. DHM spreads more widely throughout BU. Each project has a focal point responsible for ensuring that the prevention process is implemented consistently and continuously improved. Training and experience sharing activities take place regularly, helping the team constantly learn and raise awareness of Prevention. When every individual in the organization considers error prevention an indispensable part of work, prevention will no longer be a mandatory task but will become a natural habit, making work smoother and more efficient.

Mr. Cung emphasized: “Prevention not only helps us avoid errors, but also helps us work smarter and more optimally. Every careful step from the beginning will help save time, effort and protect our own reputation in front of customers. Think of Prevention as an indispensable skill, not just a process to follow.”

GHC. DHM is gradually affirming its position in the field of Healthcare with its own capacity, quality and commitment. Prevention culture is the foundation that helps GHC. DHM continues to develop sustainably, not only ensuring work performance but also bringing absolute trust from customers. With a clear strategy, perseverance in implementation, and consensus from all levels, Prevention will not stop at an initiative, but will become an integral part of the GHC way. DHM operates and develops in the future.
