35 hours of MOOC lessons, an effective investment for yourself

In an age of ever-changing technology, learning is more than just an option – it’s a prerequisite for growth. MOOC 2025 is back, continuing the mission of helping each FSOFTer reskill, upskill, improve their thinking and be ready to embrace greater opportunities. MOOC 2025 not only inherits the values of previous years, but also brings more flexible, practical, and effective innovations, helping you sharpen your skills, update your knowledge, and get closer to important career advancements.

Following the spirit of “FPT is a learning institution”, each FSOFTer will complete a minimum of 35 hours of MOOC lessons in 2025, an increase of 5 hours compared to the previous year. Employees from level 2.1 or higher, sign an official labor contract before August 1, 2025, need to complete the MOOC program before November 30, 2025. The time to record learning results is calculated from 1/12/2024 to the end of 30/11/2025.

The new point of the MOOC policy in 2025 is the discontinuation of the recording of Compliance keys (ISMS/ISO…). In addition, 1 hour of workshop sharing will be converted into 2 hours of learning. For FSOFTers who take the international certification exam, MOOC class hours will be converted according to the formula of 20 hours x exam time. For example, the PMP certificate is taken in 3 hours, the MOOC class hours will be calculated according to the formula of 20 hours x 3 which is 60 MOOC study hours. Other MOOC 2024 redemption policies still apply to 2025.

35 hours of MOOC learning will help FSOFTers reskill (Update new skills, adapt to modern technology and trends); upskilling (Improving expertise, developing leadership thinking and expanding opportunities for promotion); future-proof (Equip yourself with the knowledge to not only keep up but also lead in the digital age). Each lesson not only helps you achieve your goals, but also is a solid stepping stone for you to confidently embrace new challenges and opportunities.

To complete MOOC lessons quickly, FSOFTers can participate in the following courses: Udemy, Coursera, Datacamp, FPT Elearning (trainingtao.fpt)…; Participate in internal teaching, sharing seminars, grading, reviewing documents; Participate in the Master-Disciple or Mentor-Mentee program on the FSOFT Mentorship system; Passing international certificates, converting school hours according to regulations.
