GIF accelerates on the productivity race with AI Agent Management Challenge 2025

On the morning of December 16, the final round of the AI Agent Management Challenge 2025, organized by GIF.IMF, took place at F-Complex, concluding six weeks of dynamic and highly professional competition. Surpassing rivals in the final, the product Talent Hub AI won first place, making a strong mark for its ability to apply artificial intelligence to solving practical problems in project and resource management.

The event featured the participation of FPT Software CDO Nguyễn Quốc Đông, Director of GIF Trương Hoàng Phúc, FSA Deputy Director and HR Head for Central Vietnam Lê Hồng Lĩnh, and SBI FPT JV Director Hoàng Thị Tố Nga as judges, along with GIF.IMF managers and a large number of members from the unit.

The AI Agent Management Challenge 2025 was launched in the context of GIF.IMF’s push for an AI-First spirit across the organization, with the goal of turning AI from a strategic orientation into a tool that creates tangible value in operations. Designed with a structured roadmap from November 3 to December 16, 2025, the competition guided teams through identifying real project problems, designing solutions, and developing minimum viable products (MVPs) on platforms such as Copilot M365 and PrivateGPT.

From many initial ideas, the contest entered an acceleration and selection phase before identifying the five best teams for the final. The last round brought together 35 IMF “warriors,” representing diverse roles including software development, testing, business analysis, solution architecture, project management, and unit leadership.

Speaking at the event, BUL GIF.IMF Ta Kim Ngoc likened the challenge to a “strategic incubator,” emphasizing that the competition was not simply about finding technology products but about nurturing AI application thinking among managers and experts. According to him, each AI Agent developed from the contest would become a valuable asset, directly contributing to the unit’s AI library and serving long-term strategic goals.

Praised for its practical approach to human resource management, measurable impact, and high potential for reuse across the unit, Talent Hub AI completely convinced the judging panel and was crowned champion of the AI Agent Management Challenge 2025. Its victory is seen as a clear demonstration of the contest’s guiding principles: Fast Impact – Good Engineering – Reusability.

Closing the AI Agent Management Challenge 2025, the greatest value left behind lies not in rankings or prizes, but in how AI was placed at the center of management and operational thinking. Developed from specific problems, the AI Agents created during the competition not only addressed immediate needs but also opened possibilities for standardization, reuse, and expansion at the organizational level. The contest thus became a strategic step in realizing the AI-First vision: transforming artificial intelligence from orientation into sustainable operational capability, built from people and the real-world experiences of software professionals.
