Hallmarks of DeltaF in 2021
Ahead of the Kick-off event in 2022 of FSOFT’s best team – DeltaF, let’s take a look at the special achievements of DeltaF with Cucumber in the past year.
DeltaF with more than 500 elite warriors in all 3 regions has had 2021 with many impressive achievements and milestones. In particular, through timely and accurate personnel mobilization, DeltaF left many memorable results for contributing significantly to key projects. The number of deployments was 101 times (exceeding the KPI of the year – 100) with many big projects such as C99, Canon, Crextron, AIA, and Parkway. In addition, there were 58 times of completely transferring from one unit to another; 15 long-term maneuvers over 6 months; 28 short-term maneuvers from 3-6 months.
To achieve this impressive achievement, it is impossible not to mention special programs built specifically for the DeltaF army to connect teammates and improve expertise and professionalism for each member.
- Call of Duty – The program was held for DeltaF brothers in Hanoi on April 29 to create cohesion between members through team activities. In Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, due to the complicated epidemic situation, it was only held online, but still received the response of all the warriors.
- “DeltaF – Breaking the ice of all types of projects” campaign: With dozens of hot projects and great opportunities for DeltaF to participate. The management board sends weekly project information to DeltaF to find suitable opportunities.
- “DeltaF – Learning from friends more than you do from teachers” Program with a monthly prize of more than 20,000,000 VND. This is a playground for DeltaFs to learn from each other, along with organizing specialized training courses. Through this program, the organizer received a total of 12 articles, of which 9 articles were paid royalties and 3 articles were rewarded with gold.
- DeltaF Explorer No.1: APIs – New breeze for DeltaF brothers Livestream. The program was held online on Webex on August 31, 2021, under the leadership of multi-tasking, experienced and enthusiastic speaker Dinh Hong Duong.
- In addition, there are programs such as “DeltaF – Register for X-Jobs to receive 100 gold” (just register in the pool, you don’t need to accept the job, you will be given 100 gold) and “Unlock your power with Mindfulness” (training course).
As a member of DeltaF since the early days of its establishment, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Giang (ST9.MAN) has the opportunity to participate in the “battle” of the C99 project and onsite in the US. “DeltaF is a great environment for those who want to stick with and develop long-term in the technical direction. At the same time, it is a professional, creative and autonomous team in problem-solving ability,” said Mr. Giang about DeltaF.
With this solid foundation, DeltaF promises to continue to have a breakthrough in 2022 with many meaningful programs.
