‘Touching my belly’ helps me solve problems in the team
“In the office environment, if two personalities conflict, they will create a fiery confrontation. If you can’t stand it, you will leave the team. I used to think it was necessary and inevitable. However, after participating in the ‘Touching the belly’ training course, I have been able to neutralize negative emotions with colleagues. The relationship between the two sides has been much better”, Ms. Tran Thi Kim Phuong – Head LRC, shared after 6 times attending the “Touching the belly” course by Mr. Duong Quang Minh.
In June 2021, Phuong received a “heart letter” from a member of the group, sharing her feelings when working with her. The letter made her think a lot about herself. She was always struggling in her thoughts, not understanding why her colleagues were like this, how she needed to change. Fortunately, at that time, the “Touching the belly” course by Mr. Duong Quang Minh announced enrollment. The 21-day practical course is based on instructions from the famous book – “Search Inside Yourself” – a book she bought a long time ago but couldn’t read. “I know Mr. Minh is a reputable expert in the field of education, and ‘Search Inside Yourself’ is also a famous book in the world. Without thinking any further, I signed up and joined the class right away,” shared Phuong.
After completing the June 2021 course, she continued to study two individual courses in July 2021 and September 2021, one for business in November 2021 and one for families in January 2022. Currently, she is continuing her personal course in February 2022.

Sharing about her continuous learning progress, Ms. Phuong said that the effectiveness of the course is reflected in her progressive changes, which require students to practice regularly and continuously. For individuals disciplined enough to maintain the practice, just learning once is enough. She herself admits that her self-discipline is not strong enough, so she chooses to continue studying to maintain her practice.
The course content consists of two main parts: One hour of formal study including 20 minutes of meditation and 40 minutes of listening to the teacher. “This session is very special and is the part that I like the most because I learn a lot from the real stories of other students,” shared Ms. Phuong.
Sharing about the effectiveness of the course, Ms. Phuong confided “Touching the belly is a 21-day practical emotional intelligence course to form new habits for the mind. Therefore, the course helps students experience and feel the difference after each lesson. You will find that you can control your negative emotions a lot better than before. You will find that you have the ability to choose how best to react when things go wrong and thereby avoid conflicts and maintain good relationships.
