In 2025, 100% of F1 will “live with AI”
This is the ambitious goal of FSOFT Innovation (F1) for 2025, aiming to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into every department’s operations, enhancing productivity, quality, and processing speed for all FSOFTers. This initiative also aligns with the leadership’s bold mantra, “AI or Not AI,” reinforcing FSOFT’s vision of becoming a world-class AI-driven organization in the AI era.
The year 2024 marked a significant leap for F1 in integrating AI into operations, enhancing productivity and work quality. Notably, CodeVista gained widespread adoption with over 1,700 users, alongside GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and FSOFT’s in-house AI solutions. The total number of employees using AI for daily tasks reached 2,500, accounting for nearly 50% of F1’s workforce. This solidified F1’s position as a pioneer in AI adoption at FSOFT, maintaining a leading spot in the CodeVista Racing campaign with the highest user engagement.

Beyond programming, F1 also developed AI-powered tools for the BPO sector, reducing effort by up to 20% in certain project lines. Additionally, the F1 AI Hackathon 2024 attracted over 30 teams and 150 participants from 17 F1 business units. Competitors leveraged AI to create highly practical solutions, including automated test case generation, MR creation, virtual assistants, and systems for healthcare and traffic management.
According to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai, F1’s Deputy CEO, AI’s rapid development presents both opportunities and challenges. Some AI tools still lack robust support for legacy programming languages and specialized projects like Low-code and RPA, limiting AI’s effectiveness in these areas. Security concerns also pose a challenge when integrating AI into high-compliance ODC projects. Despite these hurdles, F1 sees AI as a strategic factor in boosting productivity and securing a competitive edge in both the short and long term.



Moving into 2025, F1 aims for 100% employee AI adoption in daily work, leveraging HO-provided tools while also driving the development of in-house AI solutions to streamline workflows.
To achieve this goal, F1 is rolling out key initiatives:
- Developing AI processes per project types, optimizing prompt engineering, coding efficiency, and software development processes.
- Organizing AI roadshows & case studies, providing teams with real-world insights, hands-on learning, and best practices for AI integration.
- Developing in-house AI tools to automate processes, optimize daily tasks, and enhance product quality.
With a vision to become a leading force in technology and innovation at FSOFT, these efforts not only accelerate AI adoption at F1 but also contribute to FSOFT’s growth in the AI era.
