“In the AI era, the advantage comes from those who learn fast and do it for real”

Being in the Top 3 FSUs with the highest number of teams participating in FSOFT HackAIthon 2025, GHC determines that HackAIthon is not only a playground but also a practical “lab” for units to test, rub and demonstrate AI capabilities.

As soon as receiving information from the organizers, GHC determined that HackAIthon is not just a contest, but an opportunity to arouse the spirit of innovation, learning and pioneering AI application – in line with the spirit that the unit pursues. Therefore, GHC has implemented communication through many different channels, from Viva, Workplace, Email to “word of mouth” to encourage projects to participate. PMs and BUL also wholeheartedly support teams in registering as well as conducting “team matching” for individuals who want to participate.

In that spirit, after only 2 days of launching, GHC officially joined 7 teams to compete, gathering many faces who had experience in AI as well as Hackathon before. This is a testament to GHC’s serious spirit and methodical investment in this playground.

In the context that FSOFT is considering AI as one of the strategic weapons to create a competitive advantage and breakthrough growth, BUL GHC. FHS Nguyen Van Viet said that the HackAIthon 2025 contest will once again realize the transformation of AI from a strategic concept to specific products and solutions, associated with real problems – something that GHC always sets as a guideline in all AI application activities. “The world of technology is changing day by day, we believe that the advantage does not only come from new technology – but also from people who know how to learn fast, do it really and are ready to step out of their comfort zone to make a difference,” said Mr. Viet.

With 7 carefully selected teams, all of whom are experienced and enthusiastic members, Mr. Viet expects GHC to be named in the highest position at HackAIthon 2025. “I also hope that the teams will inspire all GHC members as well as FSOFT, helping to spread the spirit of innovation, dare to challenge, step out of their comfort zone to conquer new heights. Because only when we dare to challenge can we make a real difference and breakthrough,” Mr. Viet said.

In 2025, GHC focuses on 3 main focuses to make AI a core tool in operations and production:

– Quality Assurance Delivery: GHC will strive to complete delivery milestones with the highest quality, aiming for maximum CSS. To achieve this, each project focuses on two core tasks: quality assurance according to the standards of FSOFT’s goals, products, and security policies; and maintain a close commitment to customers.

– Coverage of 100% of Devs using AI proficiently: By the end of 2024, more than 80% of GHC developers have initially applied AI to their work. In 2025, GHC will promote workshop programs, aiming to ensure that all members are proficient and use AI regularly.

– Building an internal AI ecosystem for the Healthcare sector: Operating in a specific field, GHC focuses on investing in R&D and cooperating with units such as AIC, IVS, etc. to upgrade FSOFT’s in-house AI tools, including CodeVista and TestVista, to better meet the requirements of projects in the Healthcare industry.
