Joining Korea_BrSE training course at FSOFT for sure chance to work in Korea

With a special love for Korea and the desire to live and work in the country, Nguyen Khanh Linh (FKR.AMI) decided to join FSOFT and register for the Korea_BrSE program for an opportunity to work at FKR.

Hearing from a friend that if people can go to work in Korea after joining FSOFT, Nguyen Khanh Linh instantly fell in love with FSOFT and submitted his CV for an interview to join the company. Because of his love for Korea, Khanh Linh had also researched and taught himself Korean. However, because of his busy schedule, at that time, Linh only studied Korean when he had free time and did not set a specific goal.

“Fortunately, I was referred by my managers at my old unit to enter the Korea_BrSE training program. This is really a rare opportunity to get serious about studying, and it is a step for me to get out of my comfort zone to look for a new opportunity to leave for a new land where I can seriously work, study and experience new things.” , Linh shared about the reason why he had accepted the new challenge.

For Tran Khanh Linh, joining Korea_BrSE training program allows him to get closer to Korea..

It is not an easy task for Linh to achieve the goal set by the company in a 10-month period. Until now, after working and living in Korea for a while, Linh is still having to learn and improve his Korean daily.

Linh said, “If you guys really love Korean, want to be serious about learning the language and culture of Korea, and want to find a new challenge and opportunity for yourself, feel free to register. But once you join, you need to set a clear goal and do your best to achieve it.”

As a bridge engineer, Linh might find it challenging to balance and satisfy both the clients and off-shore teams. This is also a very stressful job as Linh has to work directly with clients and oftentimes has to deal with urgent tasks. Therefore, in the coming time, Linh will continue to hone his Korean language ability, soft skills, and management skills so that he can confidently take on bigger and more difficult projects.
