“Learn Fast – Speak Fluent” and conquer onsite dreams with LTI’s Flash Course series 

Launched in Q1/2025, the Flash Course series is a program developed by LTI to encourage FSOFTers to practice speaking more and master communication in common onsite situations such as greetings, introductions, making requests, shopping, attending meetings, and meeting clients…

Through the FSOFT Language Training Institute YouTube channel and Workplace platform, FSOFTers can proactively practice speaking skills on various topics anytime, anywhere. Currently, Flash Course offers 102 themed videos for FSOFTers to freely learn languages such as Japanese, Korean, Chinese, French, and more.

The course is completely free for FSOFTers to conquer and explore. By learning from Flash Course, FSOFTers will master basic pronunciation and intonation of each language, become proficient in communicating in typical onsite situations, and gain a deeper understanding of the country, people, and culture of the language they are studying. Especially when arriving in a foreign country, FSOFTers may experience awkward or confusing situations. Flash Course serves as an effective “lifesaver,” helping FSOFTers quickly adapt to onsite settings without making basic pronunciation or grammar mistakes.

In addition to Flash Course, FSOFTers who are starting to enjoy learning Japanese can join the “DANCE WITH N5” course with LTI.
