DeltaF is recruiting FSOFTers to join the elite team, ready to take on major projects. With the goal of expanding its workforce and increasing internal transition for key projects in 2025, DeltaF continues to seek FSOFTers with strong IT skills and foreign language proficiency. Through transition, DeltaF members will have the opportunity to prove themselves and take on pivotal roles in the company’s critical projects.

In 2024, DeltaF made a significant impact by attracting 647 FSOFTers to the team, increasing the total number of members to over 1,738, with 513 successful transitions supporting various projects. With a highly skilled and cohesive team always ready to tackle challenges, DeltaF contributes to fulfilling nearly 20% of FSOFT’s demand for high-quality human resources.
To become a DeltaF member in 2025, FSOFTers must meet IT and foreign language skill requirements. Specifically, they must be from production units (Delivery) with a package level of P5 or higher (equivalent to job ranks such as PM2, Dev4, Test4, BrSE1, SA1, BA3, DevO03, DESI02, DSEN03…) and possess strong proficiency in English, Japanese, Korean, or other languages.
