“Learn well, understand immediately” – Prevention culture at FSOFT
From February 20 to 27, 2025, the workshop “Prevention and Process update” will be held in Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City. The goal is to help management teams apply effective process improvement, risk prevention techniques in daily work, and enhance work performance.
To help FSOFT grow stronger and become a “World-Class company”, it is crucial to apply effective measurement methods, professional project management, risk prevention, and advanced techniques.
The workshop, organized by SEPG in collaboration with FSA, aims to share updates on processes and risk prevention strategies to enhance work efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product/service quality.
FSOFTers in roles such as SA, QA, PM, TestLead, DevLead, etc., can register for this course. Each participant will earn 2 MOOC hours for 2025.
The workshop will be led by experienced speakers, including Mr. Bùi Huy Đạt (Lead Process Lean – SEPG.PRO), Mr. Nguyễn Trọng Hùng (Lead QPM – SEPG.PRO), and Ms. Lê Thị Phương (Manager SEPG.ACC). The four main topics include:
- Prevention
- Integration Git on FI 2.0
- Measurement: Timesheet & Defect Management
- Standardize task ttructure & Control project by dashboard/report
