This year’s theme focuses on building technical solutions for two key missions: Knowledge Transfer (KT) and Knowledge Base (KB). These are vital factors for any organization in today’s digital era.

• Technical Solution refers to technical solutions related to applications, tools, systems, or technology platforms.
• Document highlights the domain of documentation, meaning solutions related to the management, creation, processing, sharing, searching, or optimization of internal knowledge documents.
