Mega PM 2025: Breakthrough in Presentation and Meeting Management Skills with Visual Aids

This November, the Mega PM 2025 program brings the “Effective Presentation & Meeting Skills” course exclusively for Senior Project Managers in Ho Chi Minh City. Under the dedicated guidance of Mr. Danny Colomer, participants enjoyed two days of inspiring and meaningful learning experiences.

Throughout the course, practical content was cleverly integrated, with a highlight being the section “Lesson Preparation for Presentation and Meetings – Visual Aids.” In just 2.5 hours of practice, participants explored a variety of practical topics to best prepare for presenting and managing meetings:

• Getting acquainted with preparing presentations both online and offline: Learning how to select and use appropriate supporting equipment, as well as optimizing the workspace.
• Designing visual and lively slides: Applying the 666 rule to make presentations more engaging and easier to understand.
• Enhancing advanced presentation language: Using specialized language structures to describe data and trends clearly and coherently.
• Managing presentation psychology: Practicing techniques to overcome stress and maintain calm confidence in front of an audience.
• Planning meetings: Thorough preparation to ensure all factors are optimally controlled.
• Introducing the BUSINESS TALK 2 video: Supporting participants in preparing more professional and methodical presentations.

Mr. Do Anh Minh – PMO at GHC- shared that the first session helped him reinforce foundational knowledge, while the second session truly excited him as he was able to directly practice using presentation and meeting management tools. The tips for designing slides and presenting data have delivered noticeable effectiveness in project management work. Especially, the preparation for online meetings was highly practical, helping him feel more confident when chairing remote meetings. He also expressed his gratitude to Mr. Danny Colomer for his enthusiasm, dedication, and the inspiration he brought to the course.
