myFPT Next accelerates to become the sole ‘super-app’ for FPT employees

From now until the end of 2025, a series of the Software house’s mini-apps will be integrated into myFPT Next (MFX) according to the roadmap, aiming to realize the sole “super-app” for FPT employees.

Accelerating the completion of the “Super-app”

According to the plan, from January 1, 2026, the old myFPT version will be officially decommissioned at FPT Software to make way for myFPT Next, which will serve as the strategic platform to realize the “One FPT” vision, offering a more connected, flexible, and modern working experience for the FPT community.

The journey to build a “super-app” exclusively for FPT employees is entering an acceleration phase. Currently, myFPT Next has recorded over 20,000 FSOFTer installations. The “super-app” is gradually proving its central role in FPT’s digital ecosystem.

A key highlight of myFPT Next is its ability to significantly shorten application development time. With just a few “mandays,” a mini-app can be built and integrated, quickly meeting the operational and human resource management needs within each member company.

For instance, the myTasks feature – a work management and approval center – is now connected to over 30 tools across the FPT system, completely replacing old features with 50% of users actively using it. Another example is the To-do Notes feature – a tool to optimize personal tasks – which is being expanded for experience on both the FPT Chat and “super-app” platforms.

Features FSOFTers can find on myFPT Next

From December 1, FSOFTers have been able to use mini-apps including: Discipline, E-learning, FPT Care, GameFQ, MyGold, Payslip, Reward, Survey, Employee Info, eBus, Work Ani, Campus Booking, OrgChart & Domestic Branch, and Quick Request. The remaining mini-apps will be gradually integrated onto the platform, with the following expected schedule:

December 12, go-live for mini-apps: Event, Tet Gift, Community, Dedication Gift, Meeting Room, Working Onsite, ezGO, Onboarding January 2026, go-live for mini-apps: ezGO (Trip document offline), F-Walker, Lucky Money (Tap & Shake)

Refreshing the user experience

Officially ‘going live’ in July 2025, myFPT Next is developed based on 5 core values: Communication, Performance Management, Recognition, Personal Development, and Benefits. Among the familiar features on myFPT Next, Reward is one that has been comprehensively upgraded in terms of interface and user experience.

The Reward interface has been completely redesigned, standardizing all types of rewards and proposals to provide a more intuitive, lively, and user-friendly experience. The Thanks section has been separated into an independent interaction flow, emphasizing recognition and appreciation among colleagues without being tied to financial elements or reward funds.

Not only has the interface changed, but the user experience has also been optimized to be more synchronized and seamless: the set of certificate images, commemorative medals, and reward emails have been redesigned with a unified identity; e-certificates are standardized for all forms of rewards; and navigation between Reward and My Gold has been streamlined for faster and more seamless operations.

Notably, myFPT Next adds a Reward Proposal flow, allowing all FPT employees to propose rewards for deserving individuals or teams to their superiors. After being approved by management, the proposal will be directly converted into a Reward Card. This mechanism applies uniformly to all reward forms: Commendations, Achievement celebrations, and Spot bonuses.

With the new version, users can switch between “Reward” mode and “Proposal” mode via an intuitive toggle bar in the Reward feature. Selecting the correct mode is a crucial initial step to ensure the proposal is sent to management through the proper approval process.
