National University of Singapore and FPT Software to develop high-quality human resources

As part of a collaboration on education and global leadership development, a delegation from the National University of Singapore (NUS) visited and held a working session with FSOFT at its FPT Tower office in Hanoi. The meeting opened up potential avenues for cooperation in training, research, and the development of top-tier talent.

The NUS delegation included Senior Advisor to Dean Jai Arya, Head of Strategic Relations Melanie Ng, and Program Owner of NUS MSc program Lim Mui Kim. Representing FSOFT were Head of FSA Prajith Nair and the Global Learning Alliances (FSA.GLA) team.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed future collaboration opportunities, with a special focus on developing international leadership training programs, slated for launch in 2026. Additionally, FSOFT and NUS are exploring the joint design of “Train the Trainer” programs and a hybrid curriculum model, with plans to expand into distance higher education in Vietnam, aligned with Singapore’s academic standards.

Representing FSOFT, Prajith Nair pledged support for NUS in talent competitions, offering internship and career development opportunities for outstanding students. FSOFT is prepared to partner with NUS on practical learning projects for undergraduate, MBA, and MSc students, providing the next generation with access to a global technology environment and direct mentorship from FPT’s top experts.
