PMC launches second volume of “My journey of being a PM” writing contest: Inspiring and connecting PM Community

Building on the success of its inaugural publication in 2020, PMC has officially launched the second volume of the writing contest “My journey of being a PM”, aimed at uniting and inspiring the company’s project management community through real-life stories and valuable lessons learned.

The upcoming volume promises to deliver authentic narratives and insightful reflections that help sharpen strategic thinking while serving as a powerful source of inspiration for project managers across the organization. The initiative takes its cue from the “Sharing Lesson Learnt & Experience” campaign, inspired by FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thị Thanh Hà’s message of “spreading the spirit of learning from both failure and success”. With this foundation, “My journey of being a PM” Volume 2 calls on over 3,000 FSOFT project managers to share the meaningful experiences they have gathered throughout their professional journeys. Whether big or small, each story holds immense value in passing down wisdom and motivating the next generation of project leaders.

Submissions must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum length of 500 words; photos may be included if relevant;
• The format can be prose, journaling, or reflective essays;
• Submissions must not include political or religious content and must align with Vietnamese cultural values;
• Entries must be original, unpublished works. Authors are fully responsible for the authenticity, copyright, and content of their submissions.

Selected stories will be featured on internal communications channels within the PM community to promote shared knowledge and strengthen connections among FSOFT project managers. Outstanding entries will also be compiled and published in the second edition of “My journey of being a PM”, expected to be released in Q3 2025.
