Prevention is not just a slogan – It’s the core of GHC’s operations

As GHC embarks on its third year, it has established a strong identity within FSOFT’s healthcare sector. This identity is underpinned by exceptional quality and the determination of a young, energetic team. In the precision-driven healthcare industry, these qualities are essential for success. Thus, the Board of Directors adopted the principle: “Prioritize prevention, and use quality as a guiding standard”.

At GHC, quality stems from proactive measures rather than reactive control mechanisms. When the FSOFT Board launched the Prevention campaign at the end of 2024, GHC embraced it as a core value. Mr. Chu Canh Chieu, Director of GHC, explained, “Our prevention strategy focuses on identifying and mitigating risks early on, influencing both processes and individual mindsets”.

This commitment to prevention goes beyond initiatives; it is integral to our quality system. “When prevention becomes automatic in all decisions, quality becomes an inevitable outcome,” Mr. Chieu stated.

GHC implements this strategy through early warning indicators, decentralized processes, and proactive response mechanisms. Every team member, from Business Analysts to Testers, is encouraged to identify risks and act as their own quality controllers, promoting a sustainable quality culture.

In the first quarter of 2025, GHC achieved notable results:

  • Zero low customer satisfaction scores
  • No customer complaints

The ISMS index remained at 1.17%, reflecting a cohesive and effective operational system. Clients have recognized our proactive approach, marking a shift from a “reactive” to a “proactive” mindset.

GHC views prevention as a long-term commitment, requiring thorough training and standardized processes throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Each business unit has a designated point person who reports to the Board, integrating preventive reviews into quality management.

To enhance our prevention capabilities, we are upgrading our Early Warning system with AI for real-time monitoring. Mr. Chieu remarked, “In healthcare, small mistakes can lead to serious outcomes; therefore, ensuring quality is crucial”.

At GHC, building quality from the ground up not only ensures compliance but also establishes strong client trust. This focus on prevention offers a competitive advantage, as clients seek stability and disciplined quality management. Mr. Chieu emphasized that fostering a culture of prevention will help healthcare become a billion-dollar sector for FSOFT in the near future.
